Photo/Video Lead
Looking for an individual with hands-on experience with managing and archiving pictures and videos. Responsibilities include recommending software and procedures to ensure that the EG photo/video archive is managed efficiently. Also, overseeing the daily activity of taking in and archiving new photos/videos to ensure they are easily found when required. The ideal candidate must be an avid golfer, be familiar with the golf scene and be very familiar with the latest trends in Social Media. Compensation includes some golf privileges to start and then additional compensation as responsibilities increase.
Customer Service Rep
Looking for an individual who can work one day per week, from home, from 7am - 5pm, answering telephone calls and general email questions, and performing assigned administrative duties such as registration confirmations, accounts receivables, etc. The ideal person must be an avid golfer, be familiar with the Web, MS Office and Facebook and have a friendly phone voice. Compensation: hourly wage plus commission.
Marketing Specialist
Looking for an avid golfer who also has creative marketing/advertising skills to help out with a variety of projects involving website, brochure, poster, banner, flyer and business card production, and writing. French writing skills are a definite asset. The ideal candidate should have polished writing and editing skills and be familiar with these software packages:

Event Coordinators
Are you a golf nut? Do you enjoy playing golf and organizing events in a social environment? If so, let's talk about the possibility of you helping out with or running one of our events. Responsibilities include fine tuning formats, ongoing coordination with the host clubs and members, tracking results, building up the number of members, developing sponsorship opportunities and showing everyone a great time. Like any business, sales is key and we need a couple of good people to help tackle a range of growing opportunities. Specifically, we need help in these areas:
- sponsorship sales
- general help in getting the word out for our core products, events and sponsorship opportunities
- sales of specific EG packages and services to individuals and corporate prospects
Public Relations Specialist
Are you a public relations expert looking to break into the golf business, or interested in trading services for golf benefits? Although the primary need is to manage media and public relations for our Ottawa Sun Scramble City Championship Week, we are also looking for an individual to help get the media interested in all of Executive Golf's year-round activities including the EG Club Championship, the winter indoor leagues, The Slammer Tour and our relationship with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Compensation
As a relatively young company, we can't offer you a big salary, yet, but we can offer the following in exchange for the right person's help:

Hours and Compensation
Hours will fluctuate depending on active projects but we're looking for someone to provide an average of 10 hours per week in exchange for golf benefits.
